Be a pattern tester!

As a pattern tester, you'll have exclusive access to the pattern before its release. Your task will be to sew the garment within the defined timeframe and provide valuable feedback to help identify any issues, improve the instructions, and ensure the garment is suitable for all body types.

After sewing the garment, I'll ask you to submit photos and answer some questions. The photos will only be used for analysis, but I'd be happy to share them if you authorize me to do so. The questions will cover your experience sewing the pattern, the clarity of the cutting and sewing instructions, if you encountered any issues, and how well the garment fit, among other aspects.

Upon completion of the testing, you'll receive the final pattern file as a token of appreciation for your collaboration.

Violet Bralette

Testing Period: January 16 to February 1, 2026.

Apply by: January 15.

Details about the pattern:

Violet is a lace bralette pattern designed to be more than just lingerie.

With an extended band and wide fabric straps, it can be worn as a bralette or styled as outerwear, offering versatile outfit combinations.

The bralette is made with stretch lace and tulle. At the front, the tulle is used as lining and also appears as a sheer detail at the neckline. The back is made entirely of lace, using the scalloped edge as a finish that highlights the lace and creates a V-shaped opening.

The front neckline and armholes are finished with fold-over elastic, providing a clean finish.

This is a simple pattern that uses only a small variety of materials. The bralette is designed without underwire, contributing to a comfortable fit, and features a slip-on style, with elastic applied at the underbust for support.

To sew this bralette, a regular domestic sewing machine with zigzag stitches can be used for all construction steps. A serger and a coverstitch machine may be used for finishing and elastic application, but they are optional, and the project can be completed entirely on a standard domestic sewing machine.

This pattern is suitable for confident beginners who are familiar with working with stretch lace and with the application of fold-over elastic, but the test is open to all sewing levels.

Please fill out the form below to apply for testing the sewing pattern.
